Has Anyone built a Seagull Dyno, I am thinking of building one, takes the guess work out of things like setting fuel mixture etc. Please post pictures and ideas here. I am thinking of using a power steering pump and a pressure gauge. i intend to make a coupling that goes on the prop shaft. and can be run under water so I can test the engine at all heights in the water.

That's a really good idea
I think Raoul built one using power stg bits. Ross has an electric version which gives actual output numbers
Might be an idea to consider a hydraulic thrust block replacement so we can measure thrust to trim props & the like. A stubby port-a-power ram might be the go for this.
