Been thinking about fitting one of these to a seagull. They work well on any other motor. this one even has the bracket to mount your exsisting throttle cable by the looks of it. Mounting it will need a bit of thought thow. Attachments:

Undoubtedly a better carb
I suspect the performance gains might not be that much
What do other say?

Im thinking that you wont get anymore power. But better throttle response and because it has low and high mixture screws the motor should run a lot smoother and better tunability. I also had a further look at inlet manifolds. The clamp side could go around the inlet stub of the engine block. And the carb can be bolted up to the flange. This would be the most easy way to try it out. Clamp on the inlet.Bolt on the carb. And connect the original throttle to the carb. Attachments:
